Frequently Asked Questions About Packages, Promotions
& Loyalty in Langley, BC
Q: What packages do you offer at Live Awake in Langley?
A: We offer service packages for laser hair removal, microneedling, and IPL laser facials. Buy 3 sessions and save 5%, 6 sessions and save 10%, or 9 sessions and save 12%. The more sessions you commit to, the more you save — and your results improve with each treatment.
Q: Why should I buy a package instead of paying per session?
A: Packages lock in your savings upfront and keep you committed to completing your full treatment series — which is how you get the best results. Most clients need 6–9 sessions for optimal laser hair removal results, so a package makes both financial and results sense.
Q: How does the Loyalty Glow Club work?
A: It's our complimentary loyalty program! You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on regular priced services. Once you reach 250 points, you get $10 off your next treatment. It's our way of saying thank you for being a loyal Live Awake client.
Q: Is the Loyalty Glow Club free to join?
A: Yes! The Loyalty Glow Club is completely free — just sign up and start earning cash back points on every regular priced service. No membership fees, no catch.
Q: Can I combine the Loyalty Glow Club with packages or promotions?
A: Loyalty points are earned on regular priced services only and cannot be combined with promotions, packages, or discounted treatments. But you can always choose whichever saves you the most — we'll help you decide!
Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes! Gift certificates are available for all our services — perfect for birthdays, holidays, or treating someone to a little self-care. Text us at 604-720-5445 to purchase or visit our Promos page.
Q: Do you have any monthly perks or special offers?
A: Yes! We run monthly fun perks, seasonal specials, and limited-time promotions throughout the year. Check our Promos page regularly or follow us on Instagram and Facebook (@liveawakewaxstudio) to stay in the loop.
Q: Do you offer a birthday gift?
A: We love celebrating you! Loyalty Glow Club members receive a special Happy Birthday gift each year. Join the club to unlock your birthday treat and other exclusive perks.
